Ryan came on staff in August 2019, but he is not new to Fellowship; he grew up here! As a teen he was involved in the youth group and led the youth praise band for three years. He holds two degrees from The Baptist College of Florida: Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Worship Ministry, and Master of Arts in Music and Worship Leadership. He feels that music is an incredible way to communicate with God, and that’s why he is so passionate about leading others in musical worship, because God is so worthy of our worship! He loves spending time with his family, reading, and watching all kinds of sports. Ryan and his wife Kayla are the proud parents of their sons Logan and Jonah.
Rebecca joined the FBC staff as Children’s Ministry Director in June 2022, however she grew up here. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies with a focus on early education. She has also worked at Wee Care for 7 years and worked as a 5th grade teacher at a local Christian school before accepting this new role. Rebecca is passionate about showing children that living for Jesus is fun and exciting. She looks forward to growth in this ministry and being an impact on our community.
Martha answers all questions and solves all mysteries–at least in the realm of the church office. She and her family have lived in Tallahassee for a long time coming from the Amish country of Pennsylvania. Martha has a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing-Literature from Eastern University outside of Philadelphia (she met her husband, Jim, there too!). Her degree and her varied work experiences are put to good use everyday. She has been in leadership in drama ministry at two churches as well as written and directed throughout the area for over twenty years. Currently she serves as the theater director at a local school. Martha is now widowed, and daily draws strength and joy from the caring heart of her faithful Father God. She is the proud mom of John, daughter-in-law Emily, and grandsons Antonio and Isaiah; and Matthew, and is a member of Four Oaks Community Church.
